To hung down objects to be mounted from above a containment to be introduced by providing a loading platform which is extended from an opening connecting inside and outside of grid wall to the outside and shorten construction period for the inside of the containment.
Outside a grid wall 9, a cylindrical upper floor 15 and a cylindrical lower floor 16 are provided so that an outlet pipe panel or inlet panel 17 where a multitude of outlet pipes 5 or inlet pipes 6 are respectively provided in placing state. Also, above the upper floor 15 and the lower floor 16, an upper grid wall temporary opening 12 and lower grid wall opening 13 wherein the panel 17 can be passed, are opened, respectively. Then by using a crane 12, the panels 17 are hung down from an upper containment temporary opening 7 onto the upper floor 15 and the lower floor 16 and are carried in from the openings 12 and 14 onto a reactor side floor 8 in the grid walls or a temporary floor 11 below the reactor in the grid by using rollers 22. By this, the process of carrying in the panels 17 becomes approximately half and the panels 17 with double number of the outlet pipes 5 and inlet pipes 6 are carried in, and so the number of carrying-in can be reduced.
