Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor, a converter, and an electric power conversion device with excellent productivity.SOLUTION: A reactor 1 comprises: a cylindrical coil 2 (coil elements 2a, 2b) around which a winding 2w is spirally wound; a magnetic core 3 having inner core parts 31, 31 arranged inside the coil and outer core parts 32, 32 on which the coil 2 is not arranged; and an insulation member 5 interposed between the coil 2 and the magnetic core 3. The insulation member 5 is integrated with an end face interposition part 52 interposed between one annular end face of the coil 2 and the outer core part 32, and an inner interposition part 54 (54a, 54b) interposed between the coil 2 and the inner core part 31 and positioning both of them. The end face interposition part 52 is arranged at only one part in its circumferential direction along the annular end face of the coil. The inner interposition part 54 is arranged at only one part of its circumferential direction along a cylindrical inner periphery of the coil. The insulation member 5 allows easy positioning of the coil 2 and the magnetic core 3, resulting in assembling workability.
