Abstract:
To provide a reactor device that inhibits deterioration in a magnetic characteristic (reduction of an inductance value) from being caused by a core body made from amorphous material and a yoke being fastened while securing self shape-retaining properties of the core body and the yoke.SOLUTION: A plurality of core blocks 1a made from amorphous material are stacked and form outside surfaces with which a pair of front and back coupling stiffening plates 6 are brought into contact. The respective core blocks and coupling stiffening plates are integrated by a wound tight binding band 13. At both ends in the vertical direction, the coupling stiffening plates 6 have stiffening plate extension parts 6b, 6c. An upper and lower pairs of front and back frames 7, 8 are positioned outside the upper and lower stiffening plate extension parts at their height positions. The upper and lower pairs of front and back frames 7, 8 are made to be drawn by each other at positions that are the height positions of the stiffening plate extension parts 6b, 6c and are separated from a core body 1A, using drawing members 14, 15 bridged across the pairs of front and back frames to hold and fix the plurality of core blocks 1a using the pair of front and back coupling stiffening plates 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
