PURPOSE: To obtain a reactor for peptide synthesis an a kit for peptide synthesis capable of efficiently synthesizing the objective peptide.
CONSTITUTION: The objective reactor 1 for peptide synthesis has at least tubular side wall part 2 having 15-25mm inside diameter and 100-36mm length, flat plate-like or funnel-like bottom 5 communicated with one end of the tubular side wall part, a tube part 6 for discharge provided by opening either one end in the bottom and a female screw-shaped piping fixing part 7 communicated with the above-mentioned bottom and provided at a position surrounding the above-mentioned tube part for discharge 6. The objective kit for peptide synthesis is provided with at least a reactor 1 peptide synthesis, a specific amino acid resin for C ends, specific amino acids for condensation, a deprotecting agent capable of eliminating protecting groups bound to amino groups of these amino acids, a condensing agent, a condensation reaction monitoring reagent, a reagent for cutting, and N,N-dimethylformamide and/or N-methlypyrrolidone.
