Abstract:
To provide a reactor that prevents burr of mold resin from being generated in an opening where a coil surface is exposed.SOLUTION: A reactor includes a core 1, a coil 2 mounted in a cylindrical shape on the outer circumference, and a mold resin that covers the outer circumference of the coil 2 and the core 1, and the mold resin has an opening through which the surface of the coil 2 is exposed. A resin barrier frame 6 is provided along the edge of the opening from the surface of the coil 2 to the surface of the mold resin. The barrier frame 6 is provided on the upper and lower flat surfaces of the coil 2. The upper and lower barrier frames 6 are integrally provided via connection frames 7a and 7b which are thinner than the upper and lower barrier frames 6 and allow the inflow of the mold resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
