Abstract:
To provide a reactor capable of being fixed to an outer member with high space efficiency.SOLUTION: A reactor 2 includes an iron core 10 in which a metal cylinder 12 is fixed to a pressed powder iron core 9 and a coil 4 wound around a part of the pressed powder iron core 9. A bolt is used to be inserted into the metal cylinder 12 and fixed to an external member such as a bottom plate of a container. The pressed powder iron core 9 is obtained by annealing magnetic powder, and has a portion where the coil 4 is wound and a portion where no coil 4 is wound. A contact surface 11 that abuts on the external member is formed at the portion where no coil 4 is wound. The metal cylinder 12 extends from the contact surface 11 and penetrates the pressed powder iron core 9, and is in contact with the pressed powder iron core 9 over a distance equal to or more than half an outer peripheral length of the metal cylinder 12 when being viewed from an insertion direction of the bolt. By forming a bolt hole within an existence range of the iron core 10, the bolt can be fixed to the outer member with higher space efficiency than in a case where the bolt hole is secured in a protruding flange section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
