Abstract:
To improve assemblability of a bobbin around which a coil is wound to a core in a reactor.SOLUTION: A reactor comprises a coil 12 wound by α-winding across vertical two layers; a bobbin 14 around which the coil 12 is wound and which includes a first and second holders 28, 30 divided in an axial direction; and a core 16 inside which the bobbin 14 is housed. The first holder 28 comprises: an inner peripheral wall 32 that is disposed on an inner peripheral side of the coil 12; and a set of flange parts 42a to 42b formed at a top edge and a bottom edge along the axial direction of the inner peripheral wall 32 to cover the coil 12. The second holder 30 comprises: an outer peripheral wall 48 that covers an outer peripheral surface of the coil 12; and a guide part 50 that protrudes outside in a radial direction with respect to the outer peripheral wall 48 to guide a first and second ends 24, 26 of the coil 12 to the outside. The second holder 30 comprises curved surface parts 60a, 60b that connect side walls 58a, 58b of the guide part 50 with the outer peripheral wall 48, the curved surface parts having a cross section in an arc shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
