Abstract:
To reduce the manufacturing cost of a reactor while at the same time preventing leakage flux therein.SOLUTION: A bobbin 14 constituting a reactor 10 is made up of first and second semi-annular bobbin constituent members 18 and 20 which have the same shape. The first and second bobbin constituent members 18 and 20 have a housing chamber 38 which is surrounded by an inner circumferential wall 28, an outer circumferential wall 30, and first and second connection walls 32 and 34 erected in the axial direction as well as by a bottom wall 36, thereby housing split magnetic cores 16a and 16b (a magnetic core 16). By connecting the first and second bobbin constituent members 18 and 20 to each other via the first and second connection walls 32 and 34, the annular magnetic core 16 is formed by the cross-sectionally arc-shaped split magnetic cores 16a and 16b housed in the housing chamber 38.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
