Abstract:
To reduce the manufacturing cost of a reactor while at the same time preventing leakage flux therein.SOLUTION: A bobbin 14 constituting a reactor 10 is made up of first and second semi-annular bobbin constituent members 18 and 20 which have the same shape. The first and second bobbin constituent members 18 and 20 are formed by bringing a pair of split bodies 22a and 22b into contact with each other in such a manner that their openings 40 face each other. By connecting the first and second bobbin constituent members 18 and 20 to each other via first and second connection walls 32 and 34 in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction, an annular magnetic core 16 is formed by cross-sectionally arc-shaped split magnetic cores 16a and 16b housed in a housing chamber 38.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
