PURPOSE: To readily produce a pharmaceutical preparation by including a sparingly soluble medicine having carboxyl group and a specific polymer containing amino groups therein, enabling the easy production of a solid dispersion of the sparingly soluble medicine and raising the solubility of the medicine.
CONSTITUTION: (A) A sparingly soluble medicine having carboxyl group [e.g. M-5011 (d-2-[4-(3-methyl-2-thienyl)phenyl]propionic acid)] is stirred and mixed with (B) at least one polymer, containing amino groups and selected from the group consisting of polyvinylpyrrolidone, an aminoalkyl methacrylate copolymer E, an aminoalkyl methacrylate copolymer RS and polyvinyl acetal diethylaminoacetate and preferably further (C) an excipient (e.g. hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose). Furthermore, e.g. the amounts of the blended ingredients (A):(B):(C) are preferably (1-50) pts.wt.:(1-50) pts.wt.:(1-50) pts.wt.
