Title:
READILY BONDABLE WHITE POLYESTER FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3210206
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a readily bondable white polyester film excellent in adhesiveness and antistatic properties, having improved nontransferable properties of a magnetic layer.
CONSTITUTION: This readily bondable white polyester film is obtained by coating one surface of a white aromatic polyester film having ≥20μm thickness with a readily bondable coating film having 0.02-2μm thickness of a dried coating film by using (A) a coating solution comprising (1) 5-70wt.% of an aromatic polyester film having ≥100nm average particle diameter and 50-120°C second- order transition point, (2) 5-70wt.% of an acrylic copolymer having ≥100nm average particle diameter and 50-120°C second-order transition point and (3) 3-50wt.% of a substance containing a sulfonic acid base in the molecule and not treating the other surface or coating the surface with (B) a readily bondable coating film having 0.02-2μm thickness of a dried coating film by using (B) a coating solution comprising at least one selected from (4) a copolymer resin, (5) an acrylic copolymer and (6) a polyurethane resin to improve nontransferable properties of a magnetic layer.
