To provide a case for allowing a user to read a book by turning pages from the outside without allowing the book to get wet in bathing since, when the user brings in and reads a book directly in bathing, the book gets wet by being touched with wet hands and it is hard to turn the pages in reading a book which is put into a plastic bag.

The reading case for bathing includes a mechanism for allowing the user to turn the pages and to open the desired page by fixing an opened book in the highly air-tight case, putting a film, etc., on a page to be subsequently read, and putting a plate, etc., to be operated from the outside between the film and the page of the book thereby to move the plate. The book is prevented from getting wet or humidified when put into the highly air-tight case. When the cover is made to be transparent, the user reads the book through the cover.
