Abstract:
To provide a fresh concrete mixed state monitoring device that can predict a slump value of fresh concrete being mixed by visual confirmation on a semiquantitative level.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: display means 11 for displaying a load curve showing the load on a mixer when the mixer is mixing fresh concrete; and storage means 12 for storing data including the load curve measured in advance and the slump value when the kneading is being done on a mixing condition-by-mixing condition basis, the display means displaying the load curve for a mixing mixer under a mixing condition set for a target slump value when the kneading is being done, extracting a plurality of pieces of data for slump values different from the target slump value in the same mixing condition from the data stored in the storage means, and displaying the load curve for the mixer in each data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
