To provide a composition and method for detecting Neisseria gonorrhoeae or Chlamydia trachomatis in a sample, and to provide a reaction mixture, a kit, a system and a computer associated therewith.
The oligonucleotide contains a nucleic acid having one of specific base sequences, or a nucleic acid having at least 90% sequence identity with a complement thereof, and has 50 nucleotides.
