Abstract:
PURPOSE:To analyze measurement data obtained through a scanning probe microscope in detail by observing the hourly change of physical information about the surface of a sample. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 10 successively stores measurement data obtained at each measuring point in both a picture storing section 28A in a host computer 28 and picture storing section 30 for real-time display while the microcomputer 10 continuously performs measurement. A display device 32 successively displays the measured pictures stored in the storing section 30 by successively updating the pictures and, at the same time, continuously stores the measured pictures in the storing section 28A of the host computer 28.
