CONSTITUTION: The musical tone signals I1 to Ik and the respective outputs of reverberation effect devices R1 to Rk are inputted to mixers MXR 1 to MXR k and the control signals from the control section are inputted thereto. The signals corresponding to the control signals are selected by the mixers MXR 1 to MXR k and are supplied to convolvers CB1 to CBk of the rear stage. Then, the convolvers which are the destinations to be supplied with the respective musical tone signals I1 to Ik and the respective outputs of the reverberation effect devices R1 to Rk are switched by switching the control signals to be supplied to the respective mixers MXR 1 to MXR k. The switching of the sound image positions to be imparted to the respective musical tone signals in real time is executed in this way without generating noises.
