Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a realigning device capable of realigning aligned sheet- shaped workpieces at high speeds by separating the workpieces one from another.
SOLUTION: A plurality of diced sheet-shaped workpieces W are sucked by a transfer head 30, are arranged in a line, and stored in the rail groove 2 of a rail base 1. The plurality of workpieces W stored in the rail groove 2 are pushed by a pusher 10 from behind and are integrally pushed forward along the rail groove 2. An eaves-type guide 20 with a downwardly pointed suction hole 23 for sucking the upper surface of the front workpiece W is provided on top of the end of the rail groove 2, so that the front workpiece W pushed by the pusher 10 while being sucked by the guide 20 is stacked and stored in a cassette container 41.
