Abstract:
To provide a reamer of a ground drilling machine excellent in durability capable of being simply manufactured at a low cost and reducing weight.
The reamer of the ground drilling machine is equipped with an approximately hollow conical reamer body 8 shortening a diameter toward the pull-in side. A plate-like member 9 is fixed to the outside of the reamer body 8 so as to incline to the axial center of the reamer body at a predetermined angle, and an excavation section is constituted of the plate-like member 9. The plate-like member 9 is formed of a plate-like member body 9a and a hardened section 9b of the surface. The hardened section 9b is formed by dispersing cemented carbide particles.
