Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reamer that increases a flow velocity of cutting oil that is discharged from a tip side of an abrasive grain fixing part and inhibits cutting chips from depositing.SOLUTION: A reamer 1 includes: a plurality of abrasive grain fixing parts 2 provided at an outer peripheral surface; a groove part 3 provided between the abrasive grain fixing parts 2; a cutting oil supply passage 6 provided in a shaft center C; and a communication passage 5 provided in a plurality of parts along an axial direction so as to be inclined and communicating the cutting oil supply passage 6 to a bottom surface 4 of the groove part 3. The bottom surface 4 of the groove part 3 is formed so as to shallow toward a tip side from a base end side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
