Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend a life of a tool main unit by suppressing deterioration of worked hole accuracy caused by abrasion of a pad without deteriorating economical efficiency.
SOLUTION: A cutting blade 18 protruded to an external peripheral side is provided in a tip end part of a tool main unit 11 of almost columnar external shape rotated around an axial line O, also a pad 24 having an external peripheral surface retracted to an internal peripheral side from an external diameter of the cutting blade 18 to be extended in a direction of the axial line O is provided in an external periphery of this tool main unit 11, and at least a tip end part 24A of the pad 24 in the tipmost end in the direction of the axial line O is formed of sintered material of ultrahigh hardness or ceramics.
