PURPOSE: To eliminate any hindrance attributable to a wheel house in time of loading baggage, by installing a rope hook forming a supporting part at the same level as the top of the wheel house or rather the more upper position, on the side wall of a car body leading to the wheel house of a rear body.

CONSTITUTION: A rope hook 4 is attached to a side wall 2 of a rear body 1 so as to sandwich a wheel house 3. A rotary shaft 5 of this hook 4 is disposed at the same level as the top 10 of the wheel house 3 or rather the upper position and rotatably attached to the side wall 2 via a retainer bearing 6. One end part 7 of the said rope hook 4 is separated from an engagement receiving part 8 and rotated till the other end part 9 is brought into contact with the side wall 2. Therefore, a surface inclusive of the one end part 7 and the rotary shaft 5 is situated at the same level as the top 10 of the wheel house 3 or rather the more upper position so that even if such a long and wide plate work is loaded, there is nothing of instability. Likewise, with a rope R hung to the said one end part 7, baggage can be stabilized.
