Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent interference between exhaust system components and a power generator to protect the power generator and absorb a buffer load during a rear side collision in a vehicle which includes a rear side frame and a rear sub frame and in which the power generator and the exhaust system components are disposed at a vehicle body rear part.SOLUTION: In a rear part vehicle body structure of a vehicle including a rear side frame 2 and a rear sub frame 50, a power generator 41 and exhaust system components 44, 45 are disposed at a vehicle body rear part. The rear sub frame 50 extends to the vehicle body rear side relative to the power generator 41 and includes a load absorption part 54 provided at the vehicle body rear side relative to the power generator 41. A guide part which is provided at the vehicle body rear side relative to the power generator 41 and at the vehicle body front side of the exhaust system components 44, 45, extends inclining to the vehicle body lower side toward the vehicle body front side, and guides the exhaust system components 44, 45 is provided at the rear sub frame 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
