Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable rear bumper device which has a bumper body hardly interfering with other members on a vehicle rear side, compared with a conventional bumper device.SOLUTION: A rear bumper device includes: a bumper body; a support member which rotatably supports the bumper body via a rotation member; and the rotation member which has one end side journaled to the support member and the other end side connected to the bumper body and rotates so as to move the bumper body between a travel position and a retreat position. In the rear bumper device, the bumper body is rotatably journaled to the rotation member, so that the bumper body is capable of substantially linearly moving between the travel position and the retreat position. The bumper body abuts on the support member while rotating at the travel position and the retreat position, so that the position of the bumper body is fixed to the support member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
