Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate any necessity of providing a cover member, reduce the cost, and improve fitting workability and the outer appearance by integrally forming a recessed part for covering the upper end part of a wiper pivot or a swinging shaft of a rear wiper to an outer handle having a holding part for opening/closing a lift gate.
SOLUTION: A rear wiper 5 is so formed that a wiper arm 5A is fitted to a wiper pivot 17 or a drive shaft fixed to an inner panel 1A via a nut 18. An outer handle 6 which is provided with a holding part 21 for opening/closing a lift gate 1 is fixed to an outer panel 1B by a nut 23. A recessed part 26 is formed in an upper extension part 25 so as to cover the nut 23 for fixing a wiper pivot 17 and the wiper arm 5A in its fitted state to the lift gate 1. This constitution can eliminate any necessity of providing a cover member, etc., separately keeping up appearances, reduce the cost, and improve fitting workability and the outer appearance.
