REAR MONITORING CAMERA MOUNTING STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004216976
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a rear monitoring camera mounting structure easily post-mounted with high safety against theft.

Female screws 18, 18 (one fixing fixture) are integrally affixed to a bracket 13 of a rear monitoring camera 11. Male screws 19, 19 (other fixing fixture) are passed from a rear face side of a back door panel 1 via holes 28, 28 drilled to the back door panel 1 and holes 29, 29 drilled to a garnish body 3. By an operation from a rear side of the back door panel 1, the male screws 19, 19 are screwed with the female screws 18, 18, so as to mount the rear monitor camera 11 to the garnish body 3. Because it is actually impossible to rotate the female screws 18, 18 from the outside of the vehicle, theft of the rear monitor camera 11 can be surely prevented. Only the holes 28, 28 and the holes 29, 29 are processed, so as to easily realize post mounting of the rear monitor camera 11.
