PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear seat airbag apparatus for a vehicle and a control method of the rear seat airbag apparatus.SOLUTION: A rear seat airbag apparatus for a vehicle includes: an airbag module including a housing provided in a front seat, an airbag cushion provided in the housing and configured to be deployed to protect a rear seat passenger as needed, and an inflator for deploying the airbag cushion; an angle variable controlling mechanism for adjusting an angle of the airbag cushion in a case where an angle adjustment of the airbag cushion is required when the airbag cushion is deployed, and a controlling unit for adjusting an angle of the angle variable controlling mechanism as needed. The rear seat airbag apparatus for the vehicle is disclosed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
