A hinge section 32 for rotating a front end portion 31A of the seat cushion 30A so as to fold up above a vehicle is disposed at a rear end portion 31B of the seat cushion 30A of the rear seat 30. In the hinge section 32, the front end portion 31A of the seat cushion 30A is held at a predetermined rotation angle by a projected portion disposed on an upper hinge 36 and a plurality of hole portions disposed in a lower hinge 34. A retainer 46 for fixing a strap 48 is disposed on a lower fold-up portion 42 of the seat cushion 30A. A bicycle 50 is stably fixed by loading the bicycle 50 on the side of the seat cushion 30A close to the vehicle front by folding up the front end portion 31A of the seat cushion 30A; and then fastening the bicycle 50 with the strap 48 attached to the retainer 46.
