To provide a rear structure of a vehicle by which it is possible to secure a space for protecting an occupant seated in a seat provided immediately in front of a back door at a rear collision of the vehicle.
A rear structure of a vehicle includes: a back door 6 provided at a vehicle rear end; a rearmost row seat 7 provided immediately in front of the back door 6; and a pair of right and left rear side frames 9 and 9 extending to vehicle front-back directions under the rearmost row seat 7. There is provided a moving promotion structure (plate spring member 15 and an edge 20c) for moving an occupant X seated in the rearmost row seat 7 forward and upward of the vehicle when a collision load is inputted to a rear side frame 9 from a rear side of the vehicle.
