Abstract:
To provide a rear substrate of a plasma display panel(PDP) capable of easily manufacturing and forming fine barrier rib.
Barrier ribs which are metal projections are arranged at regular intervals on the surface of a metal substrate 601 having the specified thickness, an insulating layer 605 is formed on the wall surface of the barrier ribs 602 and the top surface of the metal substrate 601, then an electrode layer 606, a dielectric layer 607, and a phosphor layer 608 are formed in order on the insulating layer 605 to manufacture a rear substrate of a PDP.
