To provide a rear suspension attaching part structure profitable in the weight reduction and space efficiency of a vehicle body.
Rear side members 20 extending in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle are arranged above rear wheels 1 on both right and left sides and outward in the vehicle width direction. Side frames 22 extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle are connected to the front parts of the member 20 through connecting members 21, and a cross frame 23 extending in the vehicle width direction is connected to them through the connecting members 21. The upper parts of shock absorbers 16 of rear suspensions 10 are attached to the lower part of the cross frame 23, and the front parts of trailing arms 12 whose front sides are outward bent are attached to the lower sides of the side frames 22.
