Abstract:
To effectively suppress the damage of a vehicle component which is arranged at a torsion beam in proximity therewith by a simple constitution, in a rear suspension structure of the vehicle having a torsion beam type suspension.SOLUTION: A rear suspension structure S of a vehicle comprises a torsion beam type suspension 10 having a pair of left and right trailing arms 12 extending to a vehicle fore-and-aft direction, and supporting left and right rear wheels, and a torsion beam 13 extending to a vehicle width direction, and connecting the trailing arms 12. A width of the torsion beam 13 in the vehicle fore-and-aft direction gradually becomes narrow as progressing toward a center of the vehicle from the trailing arm 12 side, the trailing arms 12 comprise bent parts 12d between a joining part 121 of the torsion beam 13 and attachment parts 12c of the rear wheels, and a part or the whole of the bent parts 12d is arranged at a lower side rather than an axial core AC of a hub 52 of an axle unit 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
