Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an aerodynamic characteristic.
SOLUTION: A rear view mirror device 25 for a motorcycle is composed of a mirror body 30 and a housing 26 for storing the mirror body 30, and the mirror body 30 is so arranged as to fall forward from a plane vertical to the ground. The housing 26 is so formed as to be longitudinally dividable into two parts in a front side housing body 27 and a rear side cap part 28 at a maximum height (H) part of the housing 26. The cap part 28 is extended backward and formed in backward throttled shape toward a center direction, and the mirror body 30 is fittingly fixed into this contracted opening part 29.
