In the rear wheel steering angle control for the vehicle, the stability factor used for a rear wheel steering angle control regulation is corrected according to longitudinal acceleration/deceleration of the vehicle body to make it proper, and the rear wheel steering angle is controlled based on the stability factor being subjected to correction of longitudinal acceleration/deceleration so as to attain the normative yaw rate transmission characteristic. Restriction is added to a variation amount per a unit time of an acceleration/deceleration correction value A of the stability factor.
