Abstract:
To efficiently bend-process a plurality of reinforcements with little labor.SOLUTION: A reinforcement bending machine 4 is provided for bending-processing in the lateral direction by providing a fulcrum shaft 1, a bending roller 2 and a reaction receiving part, and a clamp member 9 is provided for receiving and sandwiching in the transfer direction a prescribed number of reinforcements among a plurality of reinforcements transferred in these radial directions by a conveyor device 6. A clamp member attitude change mechanism is provided for changing an attitude to a second sandwiching attitude for putting the plurality of reinforcements in a first sandwiching attitude juxtaposed and sandwiched in the lateral direction by the clamp member 9, in a vertically stacked state by raising them in the vertical direction. A clamp member movement mechanism is provided for supplying the clamp member 9 in a second sandwiching attitude to between the fulcrum shaft 1 and a bending roller 2 of the reinforcement bending machine 4. A receiving sandwiching mechanism 12 is provided, in a reaction receiving part, for receiving and sandwiching the plurality of reinforcements in the vertically stacked state supplied to between the fulcrum shaft 1 and the bending roller 2 by the clamp member 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
