Abstract:
The invention provides a technology capable of performing advance angle control at an appropriate advance angle when a brushless motor is used as a motor of a feeding mechanism. The present specification discloses a rebar binding machine. A feeding mechanism of the rebar binding machine comprises a feeding mechanism which is provided with a first brushless motor and is used for executing a sending-out process for sending out a wire rod and a pulling-back process for pulling back the wire rod; a first inverter circuit connected to the first brushless motor; and a control means for controlling the first brushless motor by means of the first inverter circuit. The first brushless motor includes a first Hall sensor disposed on a first sensor substrate. In the feed-out step, the control means controls the advance angle of the first brushless motor at a first advance angle. In the pull-back step, the control unit controls the advance angle of the first brushless motor at the second advance angle. The first angle of advance is set to be larger than the second angle of advance.
