Title:
REBUILDING METHOD OF BUILDING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3761307
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bottom plate or a lower bed from swelling up by fixing beam members to respective piles driven in a ground against the pulling-out force and arranging struts between the beams and the bottom plate structure of an existing underground structure to newly rebuilt an underground structure.
SOLUTION: The upper structure of an existing building is demolished while retaining a balance of the water pressure acting on a foundation structure 3 against the building. A part of concrete wastes 11 is filled in a pit 9 and then, concrete is placed in the voids in the pit 9 to integrally unify them. Pipes 13 of the lower ends of standpipes 12 are integrally embedded in the installed positions of support pipes 1. After embedding, the support pipes 1 of which the lower end is widened in the ground G through the hollow part are set therein to secure the pulling-out resistance. Structural struts 4 are erected on the foundation structure 3 and mega-truss 2 arranged to prevent the foundation structure 3 from swelling up at the upper end above the ground of respective support piles 1. In this way, the pushing-up force of the foundation structure 3 can be balanced by the pulling-up resistance of the support piles 1.
