To provide a system, device and method, for identifying active and non-active disease names of a specific patient from a receipt of disease.

A receipt analysis system reads a specific patient's data from a first DB including a first period and reads correlated data on the specific patient from a second DB based on the read first period. The correlated data includes the specific patient's identifier generated from a receipt of predetermined years and months, information on diseases, information on medical supplies, and information on course of medical treatment. The system includes: a means for determining active disease names from matched disease information by comparing information on diseases which is included in the read correlated data, with disease name DB; a means for reading all data for the specific patient from the second DB; and a means for determining non-active disease names from information on diseases not matched, by comparing all the read data with disease information on the disease name determined as active.
