The receiver drier integrated type condenser is composed by integrally welding a condenser 1, a bottomed tube shaped body 8 of a receiver drier 6, and a coolant passage 7 sending a coolant from the condenser 1 to the body 8. In the receiver drier 6, a desiccant 11 is mounted in its body 8, a partition plate 12 is airtightly mounted to the neighborhood of an opening of the body 8, and outlet piping 14 piercing the partition plate 12 and sending out a liquid coolant accumulated therein is airtightly connected to the partition plate. By this, since the outlet piping 14 is connected to high pressure piping 17 to an expansion valve in the body 8 and sealed by an O-ring, the joint does not become a leaking region of a high pressure coolant.
