Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a production cost by reducing a number of assembling components to simplify assembling work.SOLUTION: A strainer structure 26 is provided, which insert-molds a strainer 24 in a synthetic resinous frame body 25. The strainer structure 26 is assembled by pressing a peripheral wall portion 28 of the frame body 25 of the strainer structure 26 in an inner peripheral surface of a cylinder portion 5a of a header 4 and inserting a locking claw 35 in a coolant outflow hole 7. By the pressing action of the strainer structure 26, a hook 35a of the locking claw 35 comes off from a small-diameter portion 6b of a coolant inflow hole 6, and the locking claw 35 is locked to a stepped portion 8 formed at an opening edge portion of the small-diameter portion 6b. Therefore, the strainer structure 26 can be fixed to the header 4 by a single operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
