Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize received signal quality on a plurality of channels when receiving a plurality of channels at the same time.SOLUTION: A receiver 1 comprises: a variable gain amplification unit 13 for amplifying a low frequency signal to generate an amplified signal; a signal synthesis unit 14 for synthesizing amplified signals together to generate a synthesized analog signal Sa; a signal conversion unit 15 for converting the synthesized analog signal Sa into a synthesized digital signal Sd; a detection unit 16 for detecting a detection signal from the synthesized digital signal Sd; a reception quality detection unit 19 for detecting the reception quality of the detection signal; a reception purpose management unit 21 for stipulating a relationship between multiple kinds of reception purposes and required quality parameters representing required reception quality; and a gain control unit for comparing the required quality parameters with each of reception quality values and controlling the gain of the variable gain amplification unit 13 on the basis of the comparison result.
