PURPOSE: To reduce numbers of components and increase efficiency of a fitting work, by molding as a unit a receiving part, fixed to a unit house side, to which the upper and lower edges of an exterior decoration wall member are fitted, and a connection part arranged to span over the exterior decoration wall members adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction.

CONSTITUTION: A receiving tool 9 is fitted and fixed by nails 10 at the position of connecting part 4A in the exterior connecting part 3 of the first floor unit 1 and the second floor unit 2 constituting a unit house. Next, the upper edge 4a and the lower edge 4b of respective exterior decoration wall members 4 are fitted at the fitting parts 9b, 9c of respective receiving tools 9 and the connecting part 9d is fitted at the inner periphery of the edge of respective exterior decoration wall members 4 to connect and fix the connecting part 4A to the unit house side. And hence, even if the exterior decoration wall members 4 are forced to deform like warping, the force accompanied by the deformation is transferred smoothly to the unit house side through the connecting part 9d and the receiving part 9a. As a result, the fitting work can be easily carried out.
