To provide a spread spectrum communication receiving device whereby carrier wave is surely reproduced and the simplification and the stable operation of a circuit are obtained.
The peak part of a self correlative signal is taken-out by a second automatic gain control amplifier for an inverse spreading signal which is obtained in an SAW(surface acoustic wave) matched filter 14, it is given to an SAW delay line 18 and an electric signal with the same phase as that of the peak part, which is reference information for reproducing carrier wave, is repeatedly outputted for a prescribed time. Then, the outputted signal is given to a carrier wave reproducing circuit 16 so as to reproduce carrier wave. Therefore, even when the appearance time of the peak part is short, the signal with the same phase as that of the signal of the peak part is continuously outputted a thereafter so that carrier wave is surely reproduced. Carrier wave is also correctly reproduced and outputted since the recognition of synchronization is successively executed without waiting the appearance of the succeeding peak part.
