PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for a cutter motor by providing respectively a one-way clutch to a separation roller turned by a transmission system motor at transmission and to an original discharge roller to utilize the transmission system motor being stopped at the reception for the operation of the cutter.
CONSTITUTION: The reception paper discharge device is provided with a transmission system B driving the transmission system motor 2 and a reception system A driving a reception system motor 1. The reception paper discharge roller shaft 3 of the reception system A supports the reception paper discharge roller 10, supports a reception paper discharge roller shaft gear 16 and a pulley 12 via the one-way clutch turned clockwise and when a cutter operating shaft 14 is turned, the cutter is activated. Further, a cutter operating shaft 19 is supported via the one-way clutch turned counter clockwise, and an intermediate shaft pulley 13 is supported via the one-way clutch turned clockwise to the intermediate shaft 5 supporting the intermediate gear 17 and supported freely incorporatedly with a free turning pulley 23 to eliminate the need for the cutter motor.
