PURPOSE: To obtain the title apparatus capable of efficiently outputting the required output data simultaneously generated from respective output data sources with the min. waiting time by controlling the delivery destination of a recording medium required and outputted from each of the output data sources.

CONSTITUTION: A CPU 1 is also used as a control means, a renewing means and a transfer control means and, when the output demand data of document data are outputted from an image reading part 5, a communication control part 9 and an RAM 3, those output demand data of the document data are registered and controlled in a page unit and a delivery control part 6 sets and controls the delivery destination of recording paper on the basis of the registered output demand data of the document data and performs selection on the basis of the output demand data of the document data registered in an external memory device 4 to perform transfer control with respect to a printing part 7 and printing is applied to the recording paper to deliver the printed paper to indicated delivery trays 8a, 8b. At each time when the recording paper is delivered to the delivery trays 8a, 8b, the CPU 1 renews the output demand destination data of the document data registered in an output waiting cue area 3a to prepare for the next printing. Therefore, the output demand data generated at the same time can be efficiently outputted with the min. waiting time.
