PURPOSE: To attain excellent communication by connecting a high impedance circuit having a high impedance to a carrier signal and blocking noise and switching surge generated by a load device from being invaded to a power line to a power supply side of a plug to which the load device is connected.
CONSTITUTION: A connection receptacle 2 has a receptacle 2a to which a carrier communication equipment is connected and a receptacle 2b to which the load device is connected. An inductor 3 has a high impedance to the carrier signal to block the noise and switching surge generated by the load device from being invaded to the power line 1 thereby preventing the carrier signal from being absorbed by the load device. A capacitor 4 has a low impedance to the carrier signal and is a capacitor absorbing the noise and switching surge generated by the load device, the inductor 3 and the capacitor 4 constitute the high impedance circuit 5, which is connected to the power supply side of the receptacle 2b.
