Abstract:
PURPOSE:To rationalize business work, by reading and storing the reference number of two reception tickets at the reception window, giving one of these two tickets to the applicant, and transfperring the other ticket together with a document and then collating the reference number with memories at the calling window for display after completing the procedure. CONSTITUTION:A receptionist reads the reception numbers of two reception tickets 2 at a reception window through a reader 4 of an input device 1 and stores them to a controller 8. Then the receptionist gives one of the two tickets to the applicant and sends on the other ticket within the department together with relevant documents. These documents are sent to the calling window after the business work is over. The receptionist the reception number of the reception ticket through a reading groove 10 of a reader 9 and collates it with the contents of storage of the controller 8. Then the reception number of displayed at a calling number display of a call display 11 if the coincidence is obtained from the above collation. Thus the applicant receives the documents after handing the ticket 2 to the receptionist. The receptionist reads 10 the ticket 2 again and erases the data in the memory 8. Thus the business work is rationalized at a reception window.
