To provide a reception base device in an inexpensive partitioning device forming a plurality of locking holes in a vertical frame or a supporting column exposed to a vertical joint part between panel plates per predetermined interval and provided with a counter plate capable of being simply assembled in the partitioning device without requiring manual labor to put a display device such as a liquid crystal panel on it and a storing part for storing an electronic equipment body such as a personal computer.
The counter plate 3 is attached to at least a pair of right and left brackets 4, 4 attached by using the locking holes at predetermined height positions. A top plate 10 of a cabinet 5 installed on a floor surface below the counter plate between both brackets is connected with the counter plate. A cord insertion part 11 is formed between the counter plate and the panel plate. A pulling-out port 12 communicating with the cord insertion part is formed in a rear part of the cabinet.
