Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the service for customers and to improve the image by enlarging a reception window (opening) of a reception counter, for example, in a railroad station, and to quickly close the window when a receptionist such as a station attendant leaves the seat.
SOLUTION: The reception window K of the reception counter is opened/closed by moving an open/close door 50 upward/downward by a lift device 60 stored inside a counter body. The open/close door 50 is supported to a frame 61 to move upward/downward. An electric motor 62 is mounted on the frame 61, and a driving sprocket 63 and a driven sprocket 64 are disposed on the frame 61. Both ends 65a and 65b of a chain 65 wound around the sprockets are fixed to the lower end of the open/close door 50, and the open/close door 50 is moved upward/downward by moving the chain 65 by the electric motor 62.
