The reception device has an application printing means for printing the number of reception orders and the number of reception orders by bar code notation and information representing a section 1 in the application form, an issuance instruction button, a reception ticket issuance means for printing the number of reception orders, the number of reception orders by the bar code notation and information representing a section 2 on a ticket surface of the reception ticket to be issued, a call display means, a bar code reading means and a display control means 2 for displaying the representative number of reception orders on a display means when the information read by the bar code reading means is the information representing the section 1 and all the number of reception orders are completed and for deleting the representative number of reception orders from the call display means and when the information read by the bar code reading means is the information representing the section 2.
