Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the reception equipment of a spread spectrum system, which can receive data without the occurrence of a bit error even if a frequency and a phase are not strictly adjusted at the time of multiplying a signal transmitted on a carrier by the frequency on a reception side.
SOLUTION: A period wave outputted from an oscillator 215 is multiplied by an input signal 201 as an I phase wave and is multiplied by the input signal 201 as a Q phase wave which is phase-shifted by 90 degrees. The input signals which are multiplied by the I phase wave and the Q phase wave are respectively processed and are inputted to a correlation value/data value deciding circuit 214. The correlation value/data value deciding circuit 214 compares an 1 phase correlation value with a Q phase correlation value, and obtains and outputs the data of the phase having the larger value for avoiding the burst-like bit error occurring when the polarity of carrier offset generated by multiplying the I phase wave is inverted.
